Reduces unsightly skin blemishes

With Elixir Skin Clinic

Dermarollers, a type of microneedling device, could be the ideal solution if you have unsightly scars, wrinkles, stretch marks, cellulite, or skin surface damage that you’d like to reduce. By stimulating increased collagen production, and speeding up your cell regeneration rate, Dermaroller should provide you with fresh, unblemished skin tissue to replace the damaged, or ageing, skin that was causing you concern. In addition to this, Dermaroller has also been known to stimulate hair regrowth.

Give damaged or ageing skin areas a collagen boost

The Dermaroller device contains a multitude of ultra fine needles at its tip. When rolled over a targeted skin area, it causes micro punctures to trick the body’s natural repair system into thinking that your body has a wound that needs repairing. This isn’t a painful process, because you’ll have had an anaesthetic cream applied beforehand. The puncture wounds also won’t take long to heal. Their job is simply to stimulate collagen production in the right areas, with a view to regenerating new, healthy surface skin cells to replace the skin cells that are damaged.
