  1. We reserve the right to charge £30 for non-attendance of the appointment if it is not cancelled giving 24 hours notice. There are exemptions from this for extenuating circumstances, including any illness or emergency. In fact, we encourage you to reschedule your appointment if you feel unwell on the day of your appointment as this may impact on the effectiveness of your treatment.
  2. We are bound by the nurse prescribing laws within the UK. Therefore no treatment can be carried out without an initial consultation and a cooling off period before your treatment. This is so you can make an informed decision about the treatment. After consultation your treat must be within six months, or another consultation must take place. If it is a repeat treatment, it must be within six months of your last treatment or a new consultation will be required.
  3. If you arrive for your appointment late, we will endeavour to complete your appointment, but at times this may not be possible due to the fact we would be keeping all of our other customers waiting and the appointment will in this case be rescheduled.
  4. Gift vouchers must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.
  5. Unfortunately children are not allowed into the treatment room as it invalidates our insurance. Please note, there is no reception staff to be responsible for them in the waiting room.
  6. It is imperative to supply all of your medical history requested. If this is withheld, your treatment will not be able to be carried out due to safety reasons. Elixir Skin Clinic will not be held liable for any damage caused due to withheld information, or failure to comply with the aftercare advice given post treatment.
  7. It is imperative that you inform us if you are going to be out of the country in the next two weeks following your treatment, as certain treatments will not be appropriate in this time due to the possibility of developing complications.
  8. Any complimentary botulinum toxin reviews that you have been offered must take place between two and four weeks from your initial treatment. If this is not booked within this time or you fail to attend the appointment, the offer will become invalid.
  9. The phone line will be open for bookings between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and between 9am and 3.30pm Saturday. The phone line is only available for out of hours emergencies or urgent aftercare advice after this time, booking queries will not be answered until the reopening booking hours.
  10. Elixir Skin Clinic offers safe and effective treatments with our experienced nurses. Unfortunately there will always be occasions where the treatment does not meet your treatment expectations for various reasons. Whilst we will always offer you a free consultation to discuss your results, these can not be guaranteed therefore we do not offer refunds.
